Barstool Boutique Return Policy

Barstool Boutique curates the finest products online and partners with brands that utilize industry-leading Quality Assurance practices. You can confidently shop knowing that your items will be packed with care and will arrive free of defects. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect order or damaged product, you’re completely covered by our return policy! Details below:

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of order arrival
  • Barstool Boutique will cover the cost (including shipping) of any return due to an order processing mistake or product defect
  • Returns of unopened goods are accepted by most of our brands and subject to a 25% supplier restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping
  • Returns of opened goods that are correct orders in good condition are classified as “buyer’s remorse” and typically not accepted by our partner brands. In that case, please contact us if you aren’t happy with your order for any reason and we will do everything in our power to provide a satisfactory resolution
    • The following brands have a "no remorse" policy and do not restock products returned for buyer's remorse: Euro Style
  • Refunds may only be applied to the payment method used on the purchase, or issued as store credit
  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, and typically takes 3 business days to appear in your credit card account
